We are expanding our faculty network and inviting passionate AI Trainers, Quantum Computing Educators, and Tech Evangelizers to join us as Training Consultants.

Role Overview

AIQNEX is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and innovative AI & Quantum Computing Trainer (Consultant) to lead our hands-on bootcamps and training cohorts.

This is a consulting/freelance training engagement, with batch-based incentives and mutually agreed deliverables.

We’re looking for more than an instructor—we want a subject-matter expert, storyteller, mentor, and innovator who can bring complex concepts to life.

You will deliver:

● Practical, real-world AI & quantum learning

● Hands-on labs and simulations

● Industry use cases

● Participant assessments and competency KPIs

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

● Conduct instructor-led bootcamps on:

○ Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

○ Quantum Computing Fundamentals

○ Qiskit-based Quantum Programming (preferred)

● Provide a blend of theoretical foundation + hands-on labs + real-world applications.

● Deliver outcome-driven training aligned with AIQNEX’s curriculum, cohort goals, and participant KPIs.

Curriculum Design & Innovation

● Design and enhance training materials, exercises, assessments, and real use-case examples.

● Recommend emerging topics, tools, and technologies to keep courses cutting-edge.

● Think creatively to introduce modern AI and quantum concepts in engaging ways:

○ Interactive demos

○ Real-world case studies

○ Visual storytelling

○ Project-based learning

Learner Outcomes & Assessment

● Conduct assessments, quizzes, and project evaluations.

● Track learner progress and provide personalized feedback.

● Ensure participants achieve measurable competencies and predefined learning outcomes.

Collaboration & Consulting

● Work closely with AIQNEX’s leadership to refine curriculum, training strategy, and cohort execution.

● Participate in pre-cohort orientation, curriculum review, and post-training reporting.

● Suggest improvements to boost learner engagement and success rates.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

○ AI/ML training

○ Data Science education

○ Quantum Computing instruction

○ Technical bootcamp facilitation

● Strong hands-on expertise in:

○ Python

○ AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)

○ Quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)

● Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, relatable explanations.

● Excellent communication and classroom facilitation skills (online or in-person).

● Passion for education, mentorship, and learner success.

Preferred / Bonus

● Experience designing or teaching AI or quantum bootcamps.

● Published content, open-source contributions, or evangelism in the AI/Quantum ecosystem.

● Experience in tech events, hackathons, meetups, or student engagement.

● Ability to deliver both instructor-led and self-paced modules.
